Justin the waiter recommended the Million Dollar Cobb Salad. Fantastic choice.

I waited over an hour to get my food I got my app 40 mins after ordering and I had to constantly ask how much longer I was getting my food. There were other customers who came after me that got there food before me. The establishment is understaffed.

Server was good in talking but did not give full details. We requested to swap breaded chicken w grilled chicken, she told us after the food was at our table that there no flavors cause all described dressings were in the breaded part. It would have been nice to know that we asked if we could swap.Also we order sizzling chicken but no cheese. I asked her will that b ok? Where will the salt come from if there is no cheese? She is would be fine as the chicken is marinated too. No suggestion on substiting with something else or that it won't be nice. It had no taste whatsoever!!! It was edible after sprinkling salt n pepper but not good at all. Certainly not worth the money.If u want to eat what's on the menu as is, it's great. Kids food was fine. If you like to customize, don't even bother to go here. You will regret.

Went here after a long day at Knotts Berry Farm. They had great service and it really helped us as a large party to unwind before the long CA drive back to the hotel.

Well deserving of a 5 star, mostly due to the amazing service my group experienced. Big shout out to Nancy, our amazing server that made our first visit to Knott's Berry Farms really memorable. It truly capped the night off after spending hours in the park. Service was fast, food was delicious, and our server was a delight!! Will definitely be back!!!

Apparently there was new management at the time we went. Waitress at first took our orders in a timely manner, but took for ever to receive our food, we received it cold , and over cooked. Had to talk to the Supervisor, she did compensate our bill and explained the situation to us she was very professional hit sad to say service was poor.

The bartender was Danny and our waiter also he had no help it took forever to get our food and when we did get it the fries were cold, small portions, steak was not cooked as ordered, drinks were good, but no refill on any of our drinks so by the time we got our meal we had no drinks, the young lady that brought our food did not bring any ranch, sauce for our shrimp, our extra order of fries, we asked to speak to the manager twice, Nelson the manager finally came over he apologized and gave our meal to us for free, we felt bad for Danny he had no help whatsoever and to the young lady that was suppose to be helping you didn't help at all you made our visit worse. 5 stars to Danny who was trying his hardest to serve everyone with no help.

Food and drinks were par excellence but they sure are pricey!

Service was good, but the food menu was absurdly expensive.

Perfect lunch in such a long time, food was great, not a long wait, restaurant was clean, staff was wonderful, and Manger Sheila had us feel like family.

Delicious food and beer. Bartenders are awesome.

After a long day at Knotts, all you want to do is sit down relax and have a good meal. That is exactly what i had. Enjoyed everything

Danny was our waiter for the night, he took literally an hour to service us just for our drinks and just to even take our order, it took another 45 min. Mind you, there were maybe 10 other people there. We were finally able to order food and we waited for over another hour. And we just got up and left, our food never came. We let the waiter know, but we were hungry and weren't going to wait any longer. We ordered an appetizer and that never came. I don't recommend this place to eat.

Not worth the money at all. Went to eat there with my family. The place was very empty so I thought it would be good service. I was wrong!! The host saw we were adults an that there was 4 of us. Immediately she asks if we need kid menus. That was very rude because we were all adults. The other hosts just laughed at us. Then our server didn’t get us any silverware. Didn’t refill our drinks or even bring our appetizer out. Never going back, not worth the money for crappy food an service.

Pastas was served wirh spoons and no forks or napkins. Waiters didn't check up on us. Burgers were slightly warm not hot. The restaurant wasn't even full of people. We never got a refill on our drinks or were ask if we wanted one. I order flatbread now that was tasty.

Food was good, place was clean. Staff was overall friendly.

Service was awesome. Food from the kitchen needs help. Spend a little more attention to detail. The ribs we ate were very dry and other items that came with our order were not fresh. Love this place, disappointed in the quality.

Great service and hot food. My grandkids and I watched the football game there. Good times.

It wasn't great but also wasn't horrible. It's a TGI Friday's. The server was great but the food and prices were meh.

Horrible service, they refused to turn on the game we wanted to watch , becuase a certain was reserved for football only. There was no football game on, and the resturaunt was mostly empty. Our cups were left totally empty , got ignored the whole night. Terrible.

Staff was friendly and food food and drinks came out quickly. Parking can be tricky, but there is a lot behind that usually has room.

WORST SERVICE EVER...WAS THERE TODAY (3/1/20) FOR MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY TOOK 45-1hr TO GET OUR FOOD..PEOPLE THAT GOT THERE AFTER WE DID GOT THEIR ORDER BEFORE US...THE SANG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OTHER CUSTOMERS BUT WHEN IT CAME TO MY DAUGHTERS IT TOOK THEM FOR EVER TO BRING HER ICE CREAM AND TO TOP IT IF THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO SING TO HERBUT THEY DID GIVE HERE CAKE & ICE CREAM🤨😡 ZERO STARS!!!!!!

The meal was very good. The service was great. We enjoy being there.

This place is the worst! After being seated by the hostess who was rude, it took our server 20 minutes to come to the table. Now I'm in the industry and nowhere is this even acceptable! Tables should be greated within 60 seconds and drinks to the table within 2-3 minutes.

I love coming to this Friday's after visiting knotts berry farm. The food is always good. You have to deal with crowds of course, but it's worth it. Just have patience.

TGI Fridays unfortunately this experience was unpleasant. We had four dinners one of them we sent back because it was not up to par did not taste good it was parmesan crusted chicken. partying at a burger that look delicious they said it was really good somebody else that chicken fingers the only two so it didn't seem like it was that good I had salmon mac and cheese I usually get salmon so it was not comparable to other places where they eating salmon but I really wasn't comparing. It was just not a delicious salmon meal.

My experience at this TGIF was subpar. Half of our party got their food and the other half didn't. I was told it wasn't the servers fault and that they were very sorry. When we finally got our food I asked to speak with a manager to give me a valid explanation why our food arrived over 50 minutes after. No manager arrived. Our server just brought our bill and gave us a discount for being 50minutes late . She asked if that was ok. Of course I said no and again asked to speak with a manager. So a manager finally came and I had to explain our whole unfortunate and extremely frustrating experience. She offered to remove the half that was late and I told her that I felt that wasn't enough. We had a discussion about why that wasn't enough and she offered 10% off more. She told me she was a new manager and that she was never told about the situation until I asked to speak with her a second time.

First time here, food was cooked perfectly but waitress was slow.

Service was very good. However the problem was that the bathroom was quite dirty.

Good food next to great location would definitely recommend all depends on who you get as a server.

Great service and food.

They were out of a lot of food. That made it difficult to order. I got a salad that tasted good at the time, but about 30 minutes later, my stomach told me something completely different. The bathroom was not the cleanest. ALL of the toilets had lots of mold. And I did look. That makes you wonder what the kitchen & bar look like. Looking back, it should have been a clue not to eat there.

It was a nice break from walking for a 84 year old senior. I enjoyed a tasty salad and praise the excellent service given me from Malia. You will see me again. Joe B.

This place was alright I guess. An appetizer that costs around $12 for some chips and full spinach leaves in cheese juice not cool. The adult burgers were good and looked pretty nice on the plate. The kids sliders were mostly burnt patties. Kinda sucks that we had to let them know twice we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and after we were given the bill is when we had to ask if they even did anything for birthdays. Seems like they just get people done with the Knott's experience. I will say it's better than Knott's fast food but could of spent the same amount of money at Claimjumpers with better service/food (from experience). Not to be totally negative I will say Friday's could have just had an off day.

So service was GREAT, but food was not so great. artichoke dip was COLD, and I prefer warm chips, if the chips were warm I wouldve excused the dip. The PRETZELS were AMAZING and the sauce. the wings weren't fully cooked I dont like pink meat. but the margaritas are good. just please please WARM UP THE ARTICHOKE DIP

Very slow service. I can tell you that customer service is not a priority. First I was told there was a 10-15 min wait time. Once seated there was no patrons. So why the long wait? Secondly, we sat 15-20 min and were not acknowledged until I got up to ask someone in the bar area for assistance. Employees need to be retrained. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Server was great, right across the street from Knott's Berry farm. Food was delicious.

Our server "Vonna" was an absolute delight and saved our experience dining out with her quick service and her kindness. With that said, the food was not up to par for what you pay for, and was definitely lacking in flavor and freshness. The chicken Alfredo was lumpy and lacked any seasoning, while the chicken was overdone, dry, and seemed old; "stringy".They were out of salads and green beans, so the menu items we're limited on our visit. Either than that, I don't think I will be coming back anytime soon to this Friday's. Wasn't worth the price tag, but thank you Vonna for your service and care.

Slow service. Our waiter David was really nice. My husband said the ribs were lacking in flavor he didn't eat them

The wait staff was great but the food was just a little underwhelming given the price. It looked as though the food was hastily put together rather than assembled with care. This could be because we had a large party or the restaurant was filling up, but I was surprised it took 3 bites into my sandwich before I even tasted the avocado and then I got a ton of it since it was single sided. Overall I would give the wait staff an A and the food a B+. I would eat here again, but likely earlier when less crowded.

I'm sure this is the last time I'm eating in this place. The serves what great everyone else not so much. Inolaced the moar simple order and they still didn't get it right. After all of my party was done eating that when I got my meal, the manager knew what was going on and she didn't even approached my table to let me know how long the mistake was going to be fixed. She checked other tables and glanced over but never talked to us.
